Welcome to Stonehenge Digital Education (“Stonehenge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide expert-curated cloud and architecture certification training materials, including the proprietary Architect Decision Matrix and Mastery Drills content (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using any of our websites, including CloudCertPro.com and its predecessor CertDevPro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Stonehenge grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased digital content solely for your personal, non-commercial certification preparation.

b. Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or selling any part of the Service for commercial purposes.
• Sharing your account credentials or authentication tokens with any third party.
• Using automated systems (e.g., scrapers, bots, or AI training scripts) to extract content from the Service.

c. Security

Any attempt to bypass our security or access control mechanisms (including paywall or authentication systems) will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

a. Proprietary Content

All content, including but not limited to practice questions, technical analysis, the Architect Decision Matrix, and original blueprints created by Jeff Taakey, are the sole and exclusive property of Stonehenge Digital Education and are protected by international copyright laws.

b. Professional Attribution

Any unauthorized public display or reproduction of content attributed to our principal author, Jeff Taakey, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

4. Payment and No-Refund Policy

a. Secure Payments

All fees are processed via Stripe and are payable in advance. Access to premium content is granted only upon successful verification of payment.

b. FINAL SALE (Strict No-Refund Policy)

Due to the immediate delivery and proprietary nature of our high-value digital assets, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including:

• Failure to pass a specific certification exam.
• Personal or financial circumstances.
• Dissatisfaction with the difficulty or depth of the content.
• Accidental purchase or duplicate transactions.

c. Disputed Transactions

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or Stripe, we reserve the right to permanently revoke your access and blacklist your account from all future services under the Stonehenge Digital Education umbrella.

5. Disclaimers and Liability

a. No Guarantee of Success

While our materials are designed to provide high-level strategic preparation, Stonehenge Digital Education does not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any specific exam.

b. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonehenge Digital Education shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong for any legal matter arising from these Terms.
